About

Hi, I'm Savana.

I've always loved restaurants. They're where I go to spend time with the people I love and celebrate everything, from the big occasions to the small, ordinary ones. What I love most about New York specifically is how much the people behind these spaces care. Every detail is considered. Every space is unique.

I'm a designer by trade, and I've been collecting matchbooks for a couple of years now. Somewhere in that collection I noticed how many restaurants with genuinely great branding didn't have matches of their own. Moth is me closing that gap, working out of Brooklyn. It's something small enough to pocket, good enough that people go out of their way for it, and hopefully a little more business for the places that deserve it.
